"Overflow" is a close-up portrait caught in the act of being repainted. A woman’s profile — golden-skinned, red-lipped — fills the left of the canvas, her face partially eclipsed by rivers of vivid colour pouring from above: teal, yellow, green, and pink flowing downward in thick, liquid ribbons that cover her forehead, cheek, and shoulder without apology. To the right, her long black hair disappears into deep shadow, a pool of darkness against the surrounding heat. The background shifts from warm amber and red on the left to cold violet on the right — two climates sharing one frame.

The paint does not decorate this face — it overwhelms it, transforms it, claims it. Yet beneath the cascade, the figure remains composed: lips parted slightly, posture steady, as if being drenched in colour is simply part of existing fully and vividly in the world. A striking collector piece for any gallery wall, studio, or contemporary interior.

Printed on heavyweight fine art paper with archival-quality inks, every ribbon of colour, every drip, every shadow is reproduced with exceptional depth and fidelity — collector quality, perfect for framing.

Frame not included.

"Overflow " is about what it feels like to be flooded — by feeling, by colour, by life — and to hold your ground anyway.
