Refund policy

At Aleksa Soul Art, every item is custom-printed especially for you upon order. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or provided an incorrect shipping address. 

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the print is damaged, bent, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [Insert Your Support Email]. 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

1. Your order number.

2. High-quality photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging (especially the tube or box if it was damaged during transit).

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged item, it will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Since production begins automatically after an order is placed, cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
